Where are the manufacturing facilities for Komatsu Silicon America located?
The wafers sold by Komatsu Silicon America are manufactured in one of our overseas plants located in Japan and Taiwan.

Does Komatsu Silicon America only supply the North American marketplace?
This is true of Komatsu Silicon America, the U.S.-based sales branch for SUMCO TECHXIV CORP. However, Komatsu is a global company and we can help put you in touch with the appropriate Komatsu branch office for your region.

Our company is not a high volume wafer user and only makes small, periodic spot buys. Can you help?
Sometimes we can support spot buys from our surplus inventory. If we cannot meet your particular need, we can at least provide a list of alternative sources of silicon that may be able to fulfill your requirements.

Is Komatsu Silicon America centralized or decentralized?
Komatsu Silicon America’s corporate office is in Hillsboro, Oregon. However, we have Sales Representatives and Technical Representatives based in strategic locations throughout the United States.

My organization works 24/7; will I be able to get support after hours?
