As a leading provider of silicon wafers we offer opportunities to qualified individuals interested in the sales and marketing of silicon wafers in the semiconductor industry. COMPENSATION

Competitive Compensation – In order to attract and retain qualified candidates Komatsu Silicon America offers a compensation plan that is competitive within our industry. Compensation is based on our evaluation of experience, initiative, aptitude and performance.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Komatsu Silicon America sponsors a number of benefit plans that directly or indirectly add to your total compensation. Some of the many benefits currently offered include:

  • Health Care – Komatsu sponsors various health care plans to protect you and your family from large medical, dental, vision or prescription drug expenses.
     
  • Retirement – Komatsu sponsors two retirement plans. The Pension Plan is designed to replace a portion of your income at retirement. Our 401(k) and Savings Plan helps you to save for retirement and includes company matching.
     
  • Life and Disability – Komatsu sponsors several life and disability plans. The flexible life insurance plan provides a life insurance benefit to your beneficiary if you should die while covered. There is also a voluntary term life component to this plan that allows you to purchase additional insurance coverage through payroll deduction. The travel accident plan provides life insurance and accidental dismemberment coverage should you have an accident while traveling on company business. The long-term disability plan is designed to provide a source of income should you have an extended disability that keeps you from working.
     
  • Other Benefits – These include a flexible spending plan which includes a pre-tax premium plan, a health care reimbursement account and a dependent care reimbursement account is available to those who wish to participate. The educational reimbursement plan is available to employees in recognition of the importance of assisting you with your continuing education. Our vacation allowance is based on years of service and begins with just six months service. Various holidays are also observed through out the year.
